While Shoshone Falls isn't a destination if its own, in my opinion, it is an interesting side trip while driving across Idaho on I-84. A chance to stretch your legs and have a break from the monotonous drive. Advertised as the Niagara of the west, a huge exaggeration, it is still scenic, nestled as it is inside of the Snake... More

This is a gorgeous waterfall and there are plenty of overlooks from which to take photos. There are rest rooms, benches and a little souvenir shop as well. When we visited, we were told the snow had not melted in the Tetons and so the flow of water was much reduced from what it usually is, but the falls were... More

We loved the falls, the spray, and the rainbow at the base of the falls. This is a must-see in Twin falls.

It's only a short drive out of town and always worth the drive. Lots of hiking trails to stretch your legs and get away from the traffic.

We'd intended to view the falls from the free lot, but a jogger convinced us to pay the admission and drive to the park viewing level. Boy are we glad we did! This is an impressive array of falls, the river spilling down two levels to fall to the river below. It was a beautiful day with blue sky, and... More

Even with a lower water level these falls are worth the stop. A rainbow is visible at the base of the fall. The kiosk displays are interesting. Don't miss reading the story of the photographer who was hired to promote the city of Twin Falls. the display includes his photos. There is a hiking trail and the wild life is interesting... More

My wife and I visited early morning on an April day and found the falls down the bottom of a windy road, a very pretty location with the river and cliffs one side and multiple falls on the other keep an eye out for the Rock Chucks, I'd never seen them before (I'm from Australia) and they were wonderful to... We stopped by the Falls in February and the water was unfortunately very low. We recently moved nearby and we can't wait to see the falls in their full glory with higher water levels! Even with the low flow it was still pretty impresssive
