Let me preface this review by saying the Setai in Miami is one of my all-time favorite hotels and the service and quality are outstanding. Unfortunately, on this trip the spa did just not rise to meet expectations. My friend splurged on me and got me a 90 minute massage. Having been there before I was looking forward to it.... More

Back in October of 2011, Spa Finder was offering a deal for The Spa @ The Setai for their 25th anniversary for $250 which included a 90 minute Balinese massage, 60 minute Setai facial, and... More

Extremely overpriced and badly managed. We got a very normal massage sold as " Ayurvedic" for 270 usdoll...performed by a low level mexican girl, who tried her best, but simply did not have the skills. Very un-professional and frustrating!!
