We stayed at a few ritz properties, this one ranks pretty average. The room itself was axing, I recommend you stay on the fourth floor or higher, and the partial views would be fine. some days were wet so the spa was very nice way to pass the time. numerous facilities to chose from and the staff was very helpful.

If you are looking for a place to relax and spend a good time with family. This is the place to be. It is delicious and so amazing! Like any Ritz Carlton the service is magnificent. The food is fabulous our favorite restaurant is the mexican restaurant buy the pool side. you must stay here. It is paradise. :)

Staff at the desks seemed to be a little disorganized. Had a therapeutic massage that was just fair... But an incredible facial!

It was a nice massage, liked the ambiance and staff, not so much the massage itself. But that is to taste.
