Park you vehicle in the Andrews Avenue multi-story parking garage and stroll this beautiful center of downtown Fort Lauderdale. Sit by the ever-changing water art, watch the yachts as they go through the historical Andrews Avenue bridge, stroll on down Las Olas and stop in at the Cheesecake Factory for delectable dessert and coffee...need I say more ?--Enjoy !!

Great location but expensive parking, and many empty stores. Used to have some nice restaurants and entertainment but not so much anymore. Not sure how it deteriorated so quickly.

Sunday is not as busy as Friday and Saturday. I love it when they have live music bands. Especially when in the coolest and breezy months like Jan- April.

Great place to walk and spend the afternoon. Take the water taxi ride and make this a must stop for a nice walk along the water.

No one ver goes there anymore it is ashamed. The shops on the Riverwalk all closed, so there is no longer a draw to the area.
