It's the sound so I don't expect much but this place could use a little sprucing up. Beach and amenities need improvement. New play ground, but the mini golf needs to get up and running.

Short Beach is such a peaceful place to be. I always bring my Canadian visitors here for a stroll along the beach even in November. There are restaurants close by for take out or eat in with a view of the beach.
This wonderful beach that caters to kids, bicyclist and golfers has a great 9 hole course that I played on Eeeyday after work when I lived in Lordship,

My daughter loves it here and no wonder why it;'s a fab spot for teens to sun themselves in the summer. They have snack bars and volleyballs going too

Good sized beach. Open until midnight so you can catch some rays or play a game of nighttime volleyball on one of the several sand courts provided. Until 6pm there is a small entrance fee for non-residence. During day also Snack bar & bathrooms available in a centralized location so no big hikes to the bathroom, a plus if your...
