We do paddle sports but hadn't gone white water kayaking before. No problem! Telluride Kayak School had all of the equipment we needed (boat, wet suit, splash layers, etc.), and our guide, Andy, took us to a still water site to practice before we got in the river. The river spot he had was good for practicing but not intimidating....
