If you aren't into a real "hike", this is good - it's more of a walk than a hike. Very short, but still some good steepness to get your heart pumping, albeit just for a moment. Nice view of the town. Not really much of a graveyard but the kids liked it.

The climb was a bit much so wear good walking shoes and take water. The hike was not long just a good up hill walk. Once at the cemetary it was a fun experience. Not only is Doc Holliday somewhere in the cemetary, so is Kid Curry.

This is not for the faint hearted. It's a steep, rock trail with little shade. We enjoyed the cemetery but felt disappointed that "Doc may be buried there" Liked it but felt like Mt. Rushmore and Grand Canyon when Chevy Chase does the little bounce and ok let's go. On a cool day, I would do it again

The rouigh gravel steep route has to be walked , and I'd recommend suitable walking shoes if you fancy it. I took adavantage of the two benches on the trail to regain my breath, and once you get there, the small hilly cemetery is unkempt and neglected. It seems a bit of a cheat for the exact grave to be... More

No telling where Doc Holliday is really buried but the gravestones reveal tales of young children and mothers deaths as well as those from either the civil war or World War One. Short hike up the mountain but may be hard on little ones or those with disabilities. Don't forget to bring a ribbon, pen and paper for the wishing... More

I think this is one of those things you just simply 'do' while you're in the area. Honestly, in the off season there wasn't much to do so we added this to our day. There didn't appear to be an actual parking area, we just had to find a spot in the suburb this is located in. The hike will... More

Aside from there being no public parking for this attraction, this is well worth the visit. I understand that there is uncertainty about his actual burial site, but this does warrant noteriety for being the town of his death. If anything, the beautiful view from the ridge line where the cemetery is located only fuels the legend of "Doc" Holliday.... More

A short hike up the side of a mountain. The trail has some gravel that requires more attention to your steps than a normal walk, Great view of the valley from the grave site about 500 ft above the valley.

I've been up to visit Doc Holliday's grave (he's not there) many times. They've changed the monument (2004?) because the old one had some inaccuracies. The trail is clearly marked and well maintained. I couldn't believe how attractive and clean the whole thing was...and it's free! Kid Curry from the Wild Bunch is buried up there too, but he has... While it was worth the hike up to the famous cemetery, I was surprised to find that the exact location of Doc Holliday's grave was unknown. It was clear that his body was buried there somewhere, but exactly where is unknown due to the fact that the records of the cemetery were lost in a fire in the building that... More
