Liked the history of the early Reagan years, and the exhibit that allowed you to pick an important event in his presidency then it would access his note on the event/person in his diary is really cool. Air Force One great. Like all Presidential libraires there is a fair amount of propaganda regarding his presidency. Highlights and a Republicans view... More

There is so much here, plan on spending several hours if not more. Air Force One is nice to see (though I don't understand why they won't let you take pictures inside). I was surprised that there was no mention of Jane Wyman in the museum. I mean absolutely none. They also seem to sidestep contra-gate (as opposed to the... More

Spent a good afternoon here. Library is good although skims over some of the President's life and there is a bit of propaganda (we are neither Republicans or Democrats) but it is all done very well. Highlight however is Air Force One which forms a big part of the day - you can get inside and see how basic and... More

We arrived at 1:30p, and the library closed at five. It was not enough time. We were thankful we were allowed to tour the outdoor grounds after the library closed. I would pass on the electronic tour guide device, it did not really add anything to our experience. We became friends of the library, because we plan to visit other... More

The RR Presidential Library was our sixth Presidential library. The Reagan Library was the most entertaining and enjoyable experience of any of the libraries we have visited: Truman, JFK, FDR, Nixon, Carter, and now RR. We don't intentionally travel for the sole purpose of visiting these libraries. But when we are in the area we make it a point to... More

I took a quick drive up one morning while in Beverly Hills for a meeting and was easily able to find the library. Beautiful drive with scenic vistas as you get closer. While it is a must-see destination for those who were supporters of the President, there are also exhibits scheduled regularly that would appeal to all potential visitors. Don't... More

Lots of audio visual displays that bring Reagan's presidency back to life. It was very interesting to learn about his childhood, to hear his speeches again, and compare and contrast his style with Mitt Romney's (the recent presidential election was still fresh in my mind). Prepare to spend at least 3 hours as we had to rush through the Disney... More

First class experience. Many excellent exhibits. Air Force One a must see. Even the Restaurant was good. Our visit took almost 5 hours. Do not recommend the Guidecam if you have your own camera or smart phone.

I was 19 when Ronald Reagan came to our college to give a speech well before he became governor of California. Reagan was an impressive speaker and what he said that day touched many people, me included. I was already well aware of Reagan's history but the museum brought it all back to me. The Air Force One exhibit alone... More

We spent the afternoon going through the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. It is a fitting tribute to a Great President, and a Great man! We enjoyed the displays, and seeing Airforce One, along with the other things. The setting of the Library overlooking Simi Valley is unbelievable! Take the time, make the drive. You won't be sorry.
