The CWIF is a point of ethereal dynamic stability--a focal point whereat the solidity of realiity is afloat on the surface of the fluidity of unreality. An excellent place to take a camera and a picnic lunch. Use the restroom before you head to it though-- the closest are in Old Sac-- about 1/2 a mile. more
