Although the physical theater is excellent, I have a problem with the volume they have the speakers set to for the audience. We begin the introduction covering our ears. I just don't understand why they have to have the volume up so high!

I only now watch movies at the Arclight since i like the comfy chairs and the guaranteed seating is always a plus. You never have to fight for the seats that you want.

Good screens, fast service. Arrived late and our places were taken by someone else so we ended up with not so good seats. Got a refund without any questions asked when pointing this out. Great range of movies.

I love this movie Cinema for the following reasons: 1. They remind stupid people who don't already have manners that talking on your phone, texting or talking to your neighbor during the movie is not polite and they will ask you to leave if you cant act appropriately 2. You can pick your seat in advance 3. very clean

Love movies and love this theatre complex. Clean, easy and great screens. If it is playing here , I am happy.

Arclights has made a tremendous effort to upgrade the movie experience. HOwever, having to stand in line to get a ticket and then stand in line to get a seat is somewhat tedious. Other than that, no major issues.

Usually go to the ArcLight in Sherman Oaks as one of many theaters I frequent. The theaters are big and comfortable but a little bit of a hike from the parking lot. Parking is timed for four hours so see a movie, grab a quick bite to eat and get out of there otherwise pay a lot exiting the lot!... More

This is the neatest theater ever! I love the cafe and bookstore!! I came for AFI Night at the movies and saw Sidney Poitier introduce In the Heat of the Night and then came back and saw Its a MAD MAD MAD MAD WORLD with the TCM Film Festival! It was awesome! Highly recommend

Movies just shouldn't cost $15.00 per ticket it's nice that the have a contemporary style and all but let's be reasonable. It's nice that you can buy your tickets online and choose your seat in advance.
