This is the place to go for the best wines in the State of CA! Better than Napa and Paso Robles. Dave and Rich are master wine makers and the wines are Primo!!!

We stopped in here while we were walking around exploring the Village. We did the tasting. They have some really good wine and it's not expensive. The Moscato was really excellent. It was kind of a fun detour to just walking around the Village. It is not really a winery, just a warehouse and tasting room.

For a couple of months, being a resident of Carlsbad and wanting to support local businesses, we joined their wine club, which includes that you, as part of the membership dues, two bottles of wine a month, that are chosen by the winery. Not only are Witch Creek wines overpriced for the quality, but the wines that are chosen by... More

This is simply a small tasting room in downtown Carlsbad. Nothing special in ambiance or wine! San Diego does have some beautiful wineries--but they are in Temecula, an hour away from Carlsbad. You would be better off walking toward the center of town and stopping at any one of the local restaurants and having a nice glass of wine!

We had the woman who didn't know a lot about the wines. I kept listening to the younger woman as she seemed to know more about the wines and how long they lasted. Our wines were young and bought a few to put into my cellar and enjoy in a few years.

Randomly tried this place located on HWY 101 in Carlsbad. Friendly service, good price for tasting. The wines tasted were okay, not smooth to drink for my palate. But we really liked the dessert wines! Esp the white/chilled dessert wine, grabbed a bottle of that to go! Red Port was good too!

Staff not friendly, wines are mediocre, tough to park. Go to Temecula instead!
