A huge water body in the middle of the city. One side of the lake is flanked by city zoo. It is relaxing if you keep watching the water from shore, fun if you are into water-sports or having a zippy drive around it at Koh-e-fiza Road. Romance if sitting with your dear one on the banks and doing nothing.

The boat club is quite clean, has good options for boating, the evening/night cruise was excellent, value for money, with just 100 bucks, you can get a 45 minute ride all around the lake. Cruise is Goa style with music and light snacks/drinks on baord that can be purchased.

The lake is as good as the sea itself... lively and vibrant. it was one of the best experiences to sail across it in a speeding boat. Loved every moment of it. Avoid going on Sundays, it is hugely crowded!
