Amazing time was had in Petra. However they say that the horse ride to or from is free ie all you have to pay for is the tip. we were told it should be about £3 hwever when we got on they wanted £10 and bringing them down was frankly embarassing - put a downer on the day really:( More

The walk into Petra is beautiful. Be sure to take the time to look up and all around you. I beleive it is about 1 mile. It can be hot.
