I had a very poor massage, barely felt it and asked for a firmer one..did not get one. No concept of massage. Foot and hand treatment worthless, facial - did not even take off my makeup, just applied a few creams. Head massage worthless, but hair had a great oil treatment. Recently visited and had a massage and pedicure. Very good staff and relaxing atmosphere. Wasn't sure what to expect since I get massages regularly, but was surprisly good. Would recommend at least onespa feature.
