Attended a couple of free concerts at the Monument and I loved it. It is just the perfect backdrop for an evening concert. It was fun and full of people drinking Mate, that Argentine infusion. It is pretty spectacular during the day as well. Don't miss going to the top of the monument and admire the view from up there. More

This is Rosario's landmark monument. It marks the spot where the Argentine flag was raised for the first time. For under one dollar you go up some flights of stairs to the elevator which takes you to the top. Great views of the city and river.
