Great views but a known crime spot. Not qwell protected by police. Avoid at night. One evening during our stay a girl was raped by three men while her boy friend was tied up and had to watch!

What a view from there. Also perfect for taking pics of Cape Town and enjoying the fresh air and nature. Just use comfortable shoes and watch the weather closely and take warm clothes in winter.
Signal Hill is nothing really special, you can get a great view of the mountain and Lions head together with the Apostles. Go have a walk up there or just take a taxi and make some great pics. Can be done in one hour.
Absolutely gorgeous view. There are multiple places to stop at and just look at the view of Cape Town. Avoid at night, very dark and no security.
Signal Hill offers a great 270 degree view across Cape Town and the Bay, with Robben Island in the distance. On a clear day at sunset the views are truly awesome!
Drove up to the top of signal hill on our second evening in Cape Town. Fantastic views of Table mountain, V & A waterfront, football stadium and in fact all of the city bowl area. Great place for a picnic at sunset.

Outstanding views all round. Well worth the effort of getting up there. Showing off Cape Town and Robbin Island to great advantage. Quite memorable.
