We only had one day in which to show friends the history of Port Elizabeth, do a township tour and go around Addo. I arranged everything with Alan beforehand and agreed on an affordable price. When we started the tour, some of our French guests were struggling to understand. It wasn't Alan's fault, one of them had a VERY basic... More

Alan's tour of Addo Elephant park was excellent. He was a knowledgeable and interesting guide, and he was enthusiastic to share his love and understanding of the park and it's wildlife. Highly recommended.

I had a city tour of PE with Alan on 24.02.2013 and it was an amazing tour. Alan is a very friendly, nice and enjoying person, which I really like and will hold in my heart forever. I fetch me at my guesthouse and the tour starts with a talk about the history of PE. I enjoyed it a lot.... More

Alan Fogarty was a fabulous guide for our game drive of Addo. He is incredibly knowledgable about the animals and their habits (very handy info to know when you are trying to find certain animals). We would never have been able to see the animals we got to see during that day without a guide, and Alan went "above and... More

I searched the internet for quite a while before choosing to book a full day tour of Addo Elephant National Park with Alan Tours -and boy, what an amazing experience it was! From start to finish everything was perfect. Booking the tour with Angelika was such a pleasure. She was so quick at getting back to me and extremely friendly... More

We own a guesthouse in the PE area and numerous guests of ours have enjoyed the variety of different tours that Alan Fogarty offers in our area. My husband and I decided to go on the PE City Tour which was both enlightening and great fun, ending with a trip to Jeya's Jazz Tavern in New Brighton township where we... More

We took a tour through Addo Elephant National Park with Alan after being lucky enough to find him through a guidebook. What a way to see the National Park and to see the Big 5! Outside of the elephants (who seem to know him and come right up to his car - he's like the elephant whisperer!), Alan knew exactly... More

Thank you so much for your kind words. It was a gratifying experience all around, an honour to meet you and your lovely family, I see you had a blast in Northern Cape and the paintings look amazing. The spirits of the ancestors are with you. More
