Staff is amazing and beer was excellent! Gluten free beer was a plus. Brats were yummy. Bartender even brought me over lotion she makes herself when she noticed I had a bad sunburn :)

This place is a local jewel that could make it anywhere. Just in case the beer quality and selection isn't sufficient, there is a genuineness to the place that can't be bottled. Our server was a local gal who has proven Thomas Wolfe wrong by flourishing in her Bisbee renaissance. I was tempted by the brats that the local were...

The beer was excellent at this place. We went on Cinco De Mayo and were treated to Mexican music and an impromptu dance floor. The staff there are great. There was a lady there who we later found out was the owner, and she really got the party started. She had everyone up and dancing, and improved the already positive...

My wife and I spent 2 days in Bisbee and by far this is the best place to sit and have fantastic beer. Had the Royal Stout and my wife had the Mountain Lime. We just wished we got growlers to go we loved the beer so much. We visit Bisbee often and we will be back.
This was a great find in Old Bisbee. The town is "Mayberry on Acid" their words, but this brewery is very fine. We had the brats first with a root beer. Then we moved on to the sampler tray. Great beers, the lime was very refreshing. The brew master was a long time Boeing man, who went to the end...

Met the owners, Vic and Adrianna, while having dinner at the Screaming Banshee and decided to stop in later that evening for a beer or two. Small, but clean tasting room. We shimmied up right to the bar and had excellent service. Visited with many friendly locals while sipping Stout and Copper City Ale.
Go for the beer. They're all good. The stout was my favorite, but you really can't go wrong. The only food is brats, which are good, and certainly go with beer, but a little more selection would be nice. By the way, TripAdvisor, this place should be listed as a restaurant, not an attraction.
All I had was a growler of the IPA, but I can tell you that if you like a good IPA you'll want to try this one. Can't speak for the rest of the brews though.
Stopped by here based on a website recommendation from the tourist booklet we found. The beer was really cold, frozen mugs made it even colder, and so refreshing on a warm sunny day. This is located in the historic "brewery gulch" area of Old Town Bisbee. The brats were tasty too, and only $5 for a brat and a bag...

The best place to meet the craziest characters in the craziest town on Earth. My last time through, I almost drove straight by on the interstate. Actually, I did, and got off one exit late and had to backtrack. One of the best decisions of my life! Great Beer, and a book full of wild stories.
