Fun, informative, and fascinating. Top dancing and music. Interesting Local foods. Very worthwhile evening led by competent guides - especially George!

I will be honest- before attending the evening, I was sceptical. I thought it would be a tourist hot spot, more focused on the "show" and spectacle than with anything else.
But I was wrong- yes, it was of course full of tourists, but it was more historical and cultural than I expected it to be.

Loved the entire program, the way that the history of Highland Paradise was shown and told to us and everyon there was amazing! The buffet is just amazing and the entertainment is just unbelieveably good.

We had an amazing time at Highland Paradise and can thoroughly recommend it. The dancing was authentic and natural compared to other shows we saw. The show is informative of Rarotonga's history and a great learning experience. The location amongst an old Rarotongan Maori village high in the mountains (over 1200 years old) is stunning. I would recommend also coming...

This is the second time we have been to the Village and dinner show, the first being 2010, where it was a terrific night.
After booking and confirming (and paying a deposit) we were still left off the list of passengers, not an issue for us (and apparently a frequent occurrence we were told) but the other part of our...

Thank you for your input. We encourage all our guests to comment on trip advisor and to be frank about their experience and in this way we are able to continually improve the experiences we...

We really enjoyed our evening and would highly recommend "Drums of our forefathers" We were collected from our accommodation by bus and driven up into the mountains to a property which was originally part of a tribal gathering place. The restoration of the 800 year old stone Murai (parliment) to the traditional foods cooked on hot stones buried under palm...

The show here was brilliant. I have seen a few throughout Cook Islands and New Zealand this was by far the best. Would go back again
We were lucky to receive free tickets to this show but if we hadn't we would have no regrets about paying - I think it was $89nz per person and I think good value for money as we were collected from our resort at 5.15pm and didn't get home until 10.15pm and there was a huge meal which was delicious....

The show was so amazing. I have been to luaus in Hawaii and the history of this show really outshines anything I have ever seen. I really liked the way the story was told by the dancers. We took in the show early in our trip, and was glad that we did as it really gave us an amazing insight...
