I have had the opportunity to play this course several times since 2008. Front nine are fairly flat but bordered by water on most holes. They remind me of courses in Florida. They are not hard but can be tricky when the trade winds are blowing. Holes 10 through 16 are on the side of mountain and offer spectacular views... More

The front 9 of the course was your basic golf course but when you make the turn to the back 9 what a difference. The scenery on the back 9 is amazing. The problem is their rental clubs are terrible, the sand traps are mostly gravel with grass growing in them and the pro shop has almost nothing and there... More

The hefty price tag makes this a golf course only for the serious golfers out there. The cost menas it's not the sort of place to have your first ever round...but then again, that's not the type of golfer they're after. The course is simply stunning and very well kept. Plus the restaurant is great for a meal.

The course was in pretty good shape. The greens were a lil slower than i had expected but consistant the whole round. i had a mizunno set that was pretty dated but in decent shape. Their drivers and putters were average at best. Paid around $175 i believe for 18 holes a cart club rentals and a dozen unmarked balls.... More

An easy drive around the island, the front nine is very flat and close to the water. The back 9 has many elevation changes and is incredibly scenic. Definitely recommend.

Even though this is an Arnold Palmer designed golf course, it plays more like your local public course. Very challenging however as the greens are very fast and there are hundreds of bunkers. Amazing views throughout the course so make sure you slow down and take pictures! They offer 6 balls for you at the clubhouse for 1000 francs but... More

The staff was fantastic and the course was in great condition. Also, the course wasn't full at all, which let us take our time and enjoy the beautiful day. The clubs for rent were ancient and they only had used balls for sale. Also, don't forget your own glove!

The course is good value. The front nine is flatter and the second nine is for mountain goats (in a good way). It's like playing two different courses. The layout makes you think. I hardly ever hit driver, playing to a 6 handicap. Course maintenance is not like in North America. Budget must be limited due to the limited number... More

The front nine is ok. Only hole six has the green by the ocean. Back nine has outstanding views as 5 holes are in the mountains. Rock hard sand traps. The only course on the island so they can demand a high price. $100 per round is overpriced. $40 dollar cart for 18 holes is over the top. Friendly staff.... More

We really enjoyed golfing in Moorea. The front 9 is good, but lacking the beautiful ocean views we were hoping for. The back 9 is incredible, cut up into the hills, with great views.
