Our guide provided a very informative commentary as he walked us around and through the facilities. I learned a lot about growing, picking, processing and roasting coffee. And their coffee is delicious!

Not what I had expected. this was part of our tour. Breakfast was local rice/beans, tortilla, cheese, coffee, and tea.
