We had dessert at the restaurant and were there quite late. Late enough to learn that the lights on the river do get switched off or dimmed in the evening. It was a great view, the staff was nice to our kids, and it was a pleasant experience. I wouldn't pay to go to the top of any of the...

Liked the views and the fact that the cost of entry to the Viewing Platform on Floor 88 was all included in our BigBus ticket.
This is an over-rated attraction, as the extent of visibility was limited markedly by smog, and by the lack of cleanliness of the windows. It worth! Choose a sunny days, enjoy the fastest lift in the world ( just 45 seconds to reach 420m), and see this incredible city from the very top.
We went for a drink at the Piano Bar on the 53 floor.
The place has a nice atmosphere, plenty of sofa's and a great view from anywhere do to the different levels though out the bar.
Prices are what you would expect from a bar at this location.
The evening we were there, there was a trio playing live...

After standing in line for 2,5 hours you get an a dirty platform with dirty windows. When you think the line you were standing is over, there is always a new line to stand. Horrific experience, management is not in controll of situation
You get absolutely amazing views of the financial district and Shanghai. the lift takes you to 340m in no time at all. In the evening it is rammed with people. The cost 120 Yuan makes this a great money spinner. That is about £14 per person. Is it worth it not really. If you do go, then check visibility. If...
