While staying on Dauphin Island, we took a day trip to downtown Mobile. Our first stop was the Exploreum and it was worth visiting. There were many activities that provided positive interaction for our grandchildren, ages 10-16.

This place is very nice, convenient and educational. Not to mention fun. My kids and I had a blast here. So much of a blast that we became members. They change the themes often. We will spend more time here. The IMAX is killer!

I especially enjoy the IMAX movies here. Pretty easy to get to and rates are reasonable. Like it. Very educational for students, also.

What a great discovery we made! While looking for something to entertain a 3 year old in Mobile, we found the Exploreum online and it was an excellent choice! Our little one absolutely loved the toddler area and we really appreciated all of the seating provided for adults. The adults also really got into the hands on activities in the... More

We took our grandson over by ferry when he was here. We all had a great time, and we all learned something. They have some hands on exhibits.

They have a toddler play area, which is pretty cool. Had a built in boardwalk complete with fish market and tugboat., but not enough interactive activities. My daughter got bored. Overall, it's...
