Entrance fee 75 Rs per person & extra charges for digital camera. Then pay extra for guide (Rs 200). Just a rip off and only to see the museum, weapons, clothes & a few vintage cars inside. Recommended only if you have time & interested in seeing some royal heritage.

Certainly worth a visit because you can see alot of history here. But take a guide so at least you know where and what you can see because otherwise its a bit searching for the right way. The Maharadja and his family still live in a part of this palace. You can see family history, beautiful buildings, historical facts...alot thats...

It's a place you should visit if you are interested to see the incredible collection of weapons they have and what kind of clothes the Maharajas and family use to wear.
in side city good place for kid to play in city palace , well know place, beautiful ,every thing is so maintained, you can spend whole day in this.
we went on a 5 star trip with my husbands work and was lucky enough to have dinner on the terrace outside the Maharajahs sitting room - we even seen him (He's only 12 x) wonderful place to visit with artifacts and paintings etc food was fanastic too xxx
The City Palace is a must visit destination in Jaipur. Please hire the services of a licensed tour guide for a detailed historical tour of the palace. The museum, the museum shop are very interesting places to see, experience and buy. A beautiful place indeed!

This is a beautiful palace located in the centre of the city. Although it is not as grand as the Amer Fort, but if you are interested in architecture and history, you will like this palace.
City Palace is one of the main tourist attractions in the Pink City. There is a section of the Palace where the Royal family still lives and the old traditions are followed. Part of the Palace is open for public view where you can see live block printing being done, followed by a visit to the artillery museum, textile museum...
