The 108 ft tall Statue of Lord Hanuman is breathtaking. The hair pin bends to the Temple are a test your driving skills.A claen and neat site.

The walk is actually very nice but quite steep - so carry a walking stick because youll need it for the monkeys, Dont carry photo or stuff that can easily be snatched.

A must see in Shimla , may be on the highest point. If you are unable to visit this Temple, you could see Lord Hanuman's Gigantic Statue from almost every location while Driving, Good Architecture.

Not surprisingly, as it's 1,455 metres (8,000 feet) high, there are panoramic views from here towards the Shivalik mountains. There's also an incredible temple with the... More

We stayed at a hotel on the route to Jakhoo temple and ventured up the hill to see the giant Hanuman statue. The route is really interesting as you go up, with pleasant hill slopes on both sides. Make sure you get sticks to shoo monkeys with as you go ascend. These are available on the path up, opposite the... More

The road to this temple is a drivers nightmare..only trained drivers can handle the sharp turns at 30 degrees & steep slopes. But once you reach the top its quite picturesque. You can see all of shimla and in evening you feel the chill even in May
