Out of all the attractions in Delhi, I enjoyed this the most because it was an entire experience. You saw cool things, you learned about important social issues, and they had a cool museum featuring all things toilet with a light-hearted nature. HIGHLIGHTS: - tour guide was very friendly and warm, knowledgeable, and seemed to really care about the mission... More

I was just expecting to see some weirdly shaped toilets and learn a few fun facts about the history of toilets. But it was so much more than that. The staff was very sincere, energetic and... More

It was amazing to see collections of toilet bowls and other things. We met Dr Bindeshwar Pathak-the founder of Sulabh International and the Sulabh movement. His 40 years journey from an oridinary citizen of Bihar to the United Nations is really inspiring. His efforts to remove inequality among human beings due to the caste system is worth knowing. above all... More

The museum is about 25 minutes taxi ride from the airport, The tiny museum is both interesting & informative, the founder & this ground breaking organisation is a remarkable story, well worth doing a little research before you visit. (Don't go expecting a world class museum.) The problem of sanitation is critical in India. Basically spend some time asking about... More

The museum is very small though, being basically contained within one room, plus a few outdoor toilet and compost system prototypes. The quality of the different exhibits vary a lot. Some... More
