It is just a monument, with quite good lighting on the night. other than it's historical strory, i can't find anything else that interest me there... it is very busy (a lot of people coming). More

A strong symbol of the Indian nation. there are always people and parties, especially in summer. Crowded and dirty, peddlers selling stuff. Didn't enjoy it at all. But it was nice they remembered the dead, even the horses. More

We went through the day and it was lovely here. But returned at sunset and there was thousands of indians here, fabulous atmosphere, felt 100% safe and we were the only white people here. Definately go at sunset and dont forget your camera. More

Salute to the martyrs of the world war. A clean and peaceful place. My 3rd Visit to the place. this time with Family. Salute to the Jawans who are guarding them, keeping the vigil. Love to see the Kargil martyrs name on that. Not to be missed during delhi trip More

Though its just another structure in the crowded city but its a major landmark as it connects all main roads in Delhi, hence roads are well connected, well maintained and for a change well marked!!
