We were here in the off season so not too many business were open. It was very quiet though. The weather did not cooperate at all. Not that you can judge the weather here at all in Taiwan. But maybe February is not the best month.

Beautiful island that is small enough to circle with a motor scooter in a few hours. Three great snorkeling areas: Chaikou, Shilang, and Dabaisha. We liked the latter the most.
