My stay at the Kinabatangan River area was great, with the help of Hotspot and Mr. Lai, the manager. They are reliable and helping people which can help you plan your trip and make it smooth. They are just located at the Sandakan Bay square, easy to find.

we came to the office with concrete wishes where and when to stay. all our wishes were made true by Lai, the boss of the travel agency who was very helpful and reliable. absolutely recommandable

perfect! very nice accomodation. they added additional insect protector to the windows and they were very helpfull! i went sick one day and they drove me to the doctor for free. soo nice people. good accomodation adn good food. we would recommand this to anyone!! very good guide. in common, excellent!!
