Food on board was excellent - the chef was really good. The temperatures were high as was the humidity, therefore in the interests of the health of the guests water should have been provided free of charge

My family and I took the 2 day tour from Saigon to Phu Quoc Island. 24 hrs hours along the Mekong Delta, including a few stops on the way to see the local village life, flower market, floating market. The boat was very comfortable and the service and food were of a high standard. Staff were very pleasant. I would... More

The cruise was generally good, The boat was excellent, clean and lots of places to hang out and relax. The upper deck has some shade or you can go to the very top to sun bathe on the deck chairs.

The 4 of us on the Mekong Eyes boat for 3 days had a good time. It is a wonderful relaxing way to see the Mekong Delta, some quiet areas and busy areas & villages & shipping lanes The boat was well furnished & very comfortable. The meals were excellent & many courses (there was a lot of shell fish... More

We'd booked a 3 day/2 night cruise which was to be the culmination and highlight of our months vacation in Vietnam. Whilst it was enjoyable and the delta area quite beautiful in places it really didn't live up to expectations. On the plus side the staff were excellent, always smiling and helpful (Hen and Duy on the bar were brilliant).... More

Dear RayndPat, Thank you for the review. Happy to hear that you found our staff excellent and enjoyed the Mekong Delta life! On our excursions we offer a variety of different activities and sights – in all cases typical Mekong Delta life: from Sampan rides through green small canals, short bicycle excursions along small and quiet river arms and on... Tai and his team were friendly and accommodating for our 2 night family cruise ( 2 x adults plus 15 & 11 y.o) along the Mekong Delta, 17th April. A wonderfully authentic boat and serene experience to see life on The Mekong Delta. We bike rode through a village, went to 2 floating markets , wandered through small farm life... More

We chartered Dragon Eyes for our group of three. The cruise was generally good, especially when we were in the upper river. After launch, getting away from the highly industrialized river took quite awhile. The boat travels a quite worn tourist route...I was under the impression this smaller boat could get away from this, but that was not the case.... More

Dear Phaniefield, Thank you for your feed-back. Good to hear that you enjoyed the food on board – we will forward your praise to the chef! When you mention the „many great English speakers“ in the country you probably refer to experiences in the big cities like Saigon. Finding English speaking staff in the more rural Mekong Delta is quite... More

Whilst the boat was excellent and the cabins spacious and clean, the AC was frequently switched off meaning that the cabins quickly heated up in the 37 degree + temperature outside. The food onboard was of very good quality, but too much was served, I would have preferred less food and complementary water instead! This was one of the very... More

Dear TJL_73190763, Many thanks for your positive review! Great that you liked our vessel. It is always a challenge to manage the air-condition well in order to provide comfortable cool air to our clients and to keep the energy consumption from the air condition to acceptable levels. Therefore the air-con is switched off in the cabins e.g. while excursions are... More
