We love this quaint old midevil town. The small stone walk ways. The wonderful food. The ambience of eating outside. Everything is so incredible clean. The people are incredibly friendly. The food is phenomenal. Great day spent here.

Beautiful walled (once-walled) village that is easy to explore. Don't miss the cathedral and bell tower, and the fortress is worth a visit too. I enjoyed looking at the boats and having ice cream on the seafront. I also enjoyed exploring the streets and shopping. It is a touristy place. Everyone was friendly. It is beautiful seeing the fortresses, and just a very lovely spot to walk around in. It was fun because there is such a local feel about it.

This is compulsory, full-stop (or "period" in Amerikanisch). It's a very well-kept gem.

My only complaint is that I would have to loved to spend a whole day there, rather than climbing back on the tour bus after just being there for little more than an hour. But that was unfortunately just not possible....
