Santander Cultural is one cultural center maintained by Santander Bank in a historic building in Porto Alegre. Located in the Praça da Alfandega. We stumbled onto this art gallery and were so delighted. The expositions were truly wonderful by artists from all regions of Brazil. Contemporary art and modern art at its best. We did not visit the theatre on the lower level.
