We visited by riding our hired motorbike from pipa. This place had the only petrol station. The river is gorgeous and so are the beaches! Not many restaurants- there is the popular creperia which we will check out next time we come back. The drive from pipa to this place is AMAZING! The coastal road is stunning!

Not sure why this isn't bigger than Pipa but we were very grateful it isnt as we had it pretty much to ourselves!! Amazing vista in both directions, make sure to get along to Pirambu on the beach for lovely food and the usual cold coconuts

You your are on an offroad vehicle you can try the typical ferry there and enjoy the empty sands with nice view. The cannal itself is very interesting.

it was supposed to be a great beach with a calmer lake, but it was a horrible place, ruined by the crowds attending and let loads of garbage around. One of the filthiest beaches we visited in the Pipa area (the other ones are super clean)

You have a big river mouth and the views are amazing. Very good to do kite, also.

The beach is beatiful, but the infrastruture is really poor, restaurants are very basic and the beach is dirty

The town is beautiful, for those who want a more "exclusive" place to stay, Tibau is the place.
