From beginning to end Uncharted Philippines provided an excellent service. When I first was in touch with Leo he was on his honeymoon however this didn't deter him from giving me an excellent quote and suggestions via email on our three week trip planned in April 2013. My husband and myself are very well travelled and Leo put together a... More

Without a second thought I would highly recommend working with Leo and Uncharted Philippines to plan a more "off the beaten path" adventure to the Philippines. From the minute I contacted Leo he was very attentive to what we wanted - not something every tourist does. Leo emailed me consistently as we built our adventure. The highlights of our trip... More

I reached out to several adventure travel companies a month before coming to Manila for work. Leo with Uncharted Philippines was the first to respond and answered all my questions with great detail. He was also the only provider that was willing to modify the length of one of his traditional trek offerings to fit my weekend schedule. He was... More

We have taken 3-day trekking tour in Lfugao villages. It was absolutely great! It is for sure worth 2 nights in the bus. The trip was well-organized and our guide, Jody, was really helpful. Jody, thank you very much! This region also have more and less difficult options to hike so everyone will find something for him. And I'm sure... More

Absolutely stunning trip through the rice terraces in the area of Banaue and Sagada. Trip was very well organised. Highly recommendable. Tour guide June Tolentino was excellent. Great fun to travel and explore the Northern part of Luzon. We sure will use Uncharted Philippines again one day as there are still plenty of areas to explore. e.g. Palawan.

I worked closely with Leo Cuesta, the owner of Unchartered Philippines, to set up a new trip designed to appeal to 5 "old guys" with a sense of adventure for hiking, scuba diving, kayaking and snorkeling that wanted to see places not often visited by other tourists and that would moderately challenge us. (see Roger C's review for more details).... More

Five old college buddies decided to undertake another adventure trip (our last was in Laos seven years earlier) and we had Leo Cuesta, founder and President of Uncharted Philippines, develop an amazing 17 day trip. After a day each touring Manila and Corregidor, two of us headed to Planet Dive in Anilao at the Anilao Marine Reserve, which is only... More

My husband and I went with another couple on the Ifugao trek, to Sagada, and then to the Batangas for diving and a volcano trek. The Ifugao trek through steep terraced rice fields was fairly strenuous for me, (I'm no spring chicken) but with the help of our guides Jody and Jun, we had a great time. Paths are narrow... More

You can't go wrong booking an adventure trip with Leo from Uncharted Philippines in my opinion. My girlfriend and I were looking for a guide to do some climbing around Manila, and in our search found Uncharted Philippines. Actually, there weren't really any other choices. But that turned out to be a good thing, as Leo was great about quickly... More

I took the Batangas tour (two days, one night) with one other person. When it rained on the way to Taal, Leo was flexible and changed the order of the itinerary so we could maybe have better weather on the way back. And we did. At the resort, we had really good snorkeling. The other person dived, but, since I... More
