Having been to the revolving restaurant on a previous visit and been disappointed by the standard of food we went to the 1st viewing platform. Views are very good. There are discounts for seniors. We only visited again as we had family with us on this trip that had not been up the tower.

Views are amazing from circular observation deck at 86th floor reached by a dedicated express elevator in few seconds !! High power Nikon/Canon Binoculars are placed various points along the cirumference to get 360deg view of city and far away. We visited in the nite time so couldnt identify many attractions. We went up after sunset to see the lights of the city, but it was actually pretty disappointing. Its quite pricey for what it is, and although its high, and gives good views, its badly designed. The high tea is just so so if not for the view that cover the inadequacy. Would love to have some info at the table to illustrate the view of Kuala Lumpur seen from the table. Staff is too commercial and it would be nice to see smiling faces.
