We took the cruise on a dark and rainy night and were pleasantly surprised and the beautiful lights, the smooth waters, and the entertainment (Chinese opera, band and drama performances) along the way. We especially enjoyed going from river to lake through locks and watching as our boat rose to meet the new water level.
