You can find the best selection of dried seafood stuff here. For the foreign tourist this is a much, much, much better option to visit than Carbon Market. Be prepared for dirt though and some sights that may be unsettling. There were some amazing skills seen here, e.g. The making of logannissa itself right in the market itself.
Tabo-an Market is a good stop for travelers who wish to buy some of the best dried seafood, Cebu Chorizo and goods at a bargain of a price!
