Attended a Malay-Muslim wedding solemnization at this Blue Mosque. Was really impressed by the huge size of the mosque. Lots of parking spaces too. It is also known among the locals as Masjid Negeri Shah Alam.

To see this mosque is grand indeed..entering it makes one feel honored.the marble makes anyone reminisce the meccan masjidil haram. But i seem to see toilets of the ladies a bit tattered worn out.

We sat across the lake from the mosque and soaked in the beauty. Good place to people watch, as lots of people exercising around the lake. Couldnt stay long as the rain wasnt far away.

The Blue Mosque is simply georgeous, especially at night. Please play appropriate respect by refraining from taking photos of people praying - sure, take pics of the mosque from outside but respect those attending a place of worship.

I loved the amazing structure of this mosque, colloquially refered to as the blue mosque. A must visit if you are in KL, besides the twin towers and KL tower

We made a special trip from Kuala Lumpore to Shah Alam just to see this marvelous building and we are so glad that we did it. It is so pretty that it takes your breath away. This is a huge building and decorated inside out. The blue huge dome with very fine art work in white, shines like a full... More

Just loved the blue & white dome. Very easy to park your car (free). Inside of the dome is as good view as the outside. Always have this serene & peaceful feeling whenever I visit mosques ^__^. Oh, proper attire is required to enter the inner part of the mosque. A good photo op for this mosque is from a... More
