A little trip back to Colonial days, really enoyed this trip, lots of fun. Enjoyed our lunch and really appreciated the flannels provided when you got back on the train. Also have our 'passports' as a little momento of the trip

What a wonderful change of pace and enjoyable day. The whole experience was great and also loved by teenage son.

This turned out to be much better than expected. The train staff all dressed up in old colonial outfits, the 1950's music over the station speakers putting on back in time. Iced Tea and breakfast as you start to wind your way through the jungle, it's almost if you are back in time.

Not the most interesting countryside passed through. Breakfast was good and lunch very good. Staff helpful and courteous.

Oh what fun! A steam train built in Lancashire and travelling through the Borneon countryside with full colonial ambience. No expense has been spared renovating the train for this journey from KK to the coast. The train is well appointed, the staff extremely friendly and the food and beverage offerings of a high standard. That said, it's pricey (not only by Malaysian standards) but does afford a nice day out.
