The depaatos are such fun, and Mitsukoshi is the best in a heavy competition. You can buy lunch fixings here, or luxury chocolate, or beautifully wrapped Japanese delicacies-- or you can siply wander around and take it all in. Luxury consumerism at its best, the depaato has now largely vanished from US life, and It's a nice reminder that some...
