While it was very interesting to see how they made the Sarongs traditionally & how talented the ladies were at painting the fabric, nothing really appealed to me inside.

Great to learn about the manufacture of clothing, scarfs etc. Watch the local women in working environment.

They try to sell anything.... Interesting for a first time view but again very turistic place. The people at first are nice and polite but then try to sell anything they can.

Great to watch the locals at their craft. Such a lot of work goes into these Batik products you cant go home empty handed. Well worth a look at and to purchase some of the handicraft work.

We liked being able to see the Batik work being done. Of course there was plenty of items to choose from in the retail outlet. Beautiful designs.

I liked the handbags and batik cloth bags-would make good presents to take home.Compared to India, I found batik clothes very expensive.

Great selection of items for sale that you may not find elsewhere. Some items very expensive.
