Harkidun is a beautiful coooold valley in deep Himalayas. One has to take a two day trek to reach it. The nearest road head is Taluka, where a GMVNL hotel is there. Taluka is about 6 hrs drive by ones car from Dehra Dun. From Taluka, one takes a 7hr trek (12kms) trek to a place called Osla. Here again...
