Fateh Prakash Palace is part of Udaipur Palace and now it is converted as Luxury Private Hotel. This is not actually tourist spot now.

Lovely room with a fantastic view. Friendly staff. Slight inconvenience having to be shuttled from hotel to dining rooms. Breakfast and dinners excellent.

The palace is nice and beautiful however the saddest part is they don’t have facilities for senior citizens and people with special needs. I traveled with my parents who are 65 plus, and my father has had a knee surgery so he cannot climb up and the walk is long. We requested for club cars but they just mocked and moved ahead. Till I went and complained to Mr Porwal the manager in charge no respect was given, if you charge for Senior citizens you need to provide the services needed. Atleast there should be club cars and ramps. If india doesn’t make these changes then the tourism will still be less popular

It’s a very good palace and they have converted it to hotel type. Also modified parts of it to look like glass palace. The modification made them put entry fees of 500 and a separate 250. The fees is too high but it’s worth a visit.
