A memorial to Jaswant Singh, this marble building is found very close to the Meherangarh Fort atop a hill, overlooking the city. Built in the 19th century alongside a small pool, the mausoleum has quite intricate carvings. Closeby is a new statue, only a couple of years old which is facing the fort.
Jawant Thada is the name of a set of memorial cenotaphs of the rulers of Jodhpur. Built in pristine white marble, they date to about 1900, and are located by the edge of a lovely green-blue pond called 'Dev-Kund' or Tank of the Gods. There is a well maintained garden around the monument, and it is possible to walk around...

Not too much to see here, it's a peaceful area and nice and quiet. If you're in the neighbourhood I suppose it's a visit but if you're on a budget you're not missing much.
as you will already be going to see the fort it is worth a visit and the tickets are linked so go for it, I found the portraits of all the previous rulers presumably how they saw themselves / wanted to be seen quite interesting, peaceful clean gardens and lake to look at
Not much to view here except the temple and garden to provide respite from the heat. This is adjoining the cremation area.
This is classical Rajput architecture carved out of white marble. It's a beautiful spot to visit and the carving and sculpture is lovely.
