Not all that much to see inside, disappointing I thought. The building from a distance is grand but not all that grand once inside. Not sure what the hotel side is like. I would say this is not a must see in Jodhpur.

The museum here is just ok and you may miss if you are also going to Mehrangarh Fort. However, the T-shirts by Jodhpur Muesum you will find only inside the Museum. The vitage car vehicles can be seen even without purchasing the museum tickets, which is a must see thing.

This is the pure Marwari heritage, old BMWs and mercs are a treat to watch with wall paintings and snaps of royal family, one of the most beautiful palaces of the world.

In early days it was known as Rajmahal for the Royal Family of Rajasthan but now a days it turns into a Hotel. Its museum is really nice but deep access is only allowed if you are either a VIP or a uest over there.

The Museum is well maintained stock of history , the decedent of the clan who ruled the Kingdom. Part is Hotel and present clan's residence. Vintage Car collection museum is not to be missed...

your tour can not be completed without visiting Umaid bhawan Palace hotel and museum. Its a marvelous work of architecture, palace is built on the hill and when you are there you can have perfect view of Jodhpur city. Museum gives you glimpses of the Royals of Jodhpur.

Only one part of this palace is open to tourists, major part is a luxury hotel. Well maintained. There is good display of heritage cars.
