I loved the brands available there. Food options are great. Calvin Klein, timberland to name a few. The collection is so awesome, though I ended up shopping more than I should have :))) but it was after a long time I saw some fresh and hatke collection.
After check out from lavasa i was worried to plan my four hours in pune. As you know pune is somewhat hot city and in month of march it is difficult to do street shopping, but thanks to tripadvisor from where i came to know about this mall. Fantastic place to shop. Great place for westerners with all your favourite shops under one roof. Many stores are repeated on different levels, so don't worry if you don't get to see it all
Phoenix has a wide variety of Western and ethnic fashions available. This is a good place to stop for all of you gift shopping in one location. For most stores, sizes run small (at least one dress size), but the prices are often affordable. Also includes a decent selection of restaurants that accept American Express (important for business travelers)!
Since most of my time was just spent venturing around these two malls n killing my time. I found the variety of food outlets in Phoenix was better than Inorbit, also not to forget the shops.

Good range of shops and eateries . Excellent veg options, however the toilets are a disgrace. The staff are very helpful with directing people.
Phoenix Market City, Pune is the third mall of phoenix which I visited, after the flag ship one in Lower Parel and the later one in Kurla , Mumbai.

The overall glamour of Phoenix Mall hides one important safety aspect, i.e. the exits on each floor are difficult to locate. I wonder in case of an emergency like say a fire, or earthquake (small tremors) how the situation will be managed? This is potentially very dangerous and the authorities need to look into it.
