We arrived one hour early to watch the Kathakali dancers put on their elaborate make up. Don't miss this experience. The dancing afforded the viewer a taste of many traditional Kerala dance forms in an intimate setting. We found it to be a bit touristy and if you only have time for one dance performance, my recommendation would be to... More

This place is geared for the cruise liner set short on time to explore local Kathakali and Kalaripayattu (martial arts). No disrespect to the performers who were very good, but were restricted by the small stage. The centre lacks any character. There are better places to see Kerala's rich and diverse cultural life. If you can, give this place a... More

I was drawn to its Cultural Museum after seeing the big advertising boards when entering Fort Cochin. I paid a fair amount for entrance to the Museum (+ fee for use of camera which I wasn't tempted to use in the end) and sadly, it was not worth a single rupee. It was basically what I believe must have been... More

My 2cd visit. Fantastic costumes, well organised, good choreography and very friendly staff at the reservation-centre. Helped me to enquire about custom-made fingernails for a friend.. very nice. Noticed that most artists are still the same since my last visit. Good! More

Not bad as a taste but also a little superficial. It really could be a little more professionally done and it a clear attempt at just tempting a tourist for money. Just about ok.... More

If you need to feel the traditions of Kerala without exactlly going in the villages, this is the place to be. They show you various dances and martial arts combinations. The mohini dance in particular attracted me. The artists range from elder to school girls. The best thing is that you can take pictures with the artists after the show.... More

We passed an interesting evening here but it's definitely for the tourists. The martial arts demonstrations were breath-taking but the rest went on for too long. More

In a last minute booking from the airport we took a taxi to Greenix Village with the knowledge that it wasn't fancy. However we were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves staying at a museum, cultural show and spa. Yes it was simple but very comfortable and an extremely good room rate. The staff were wonderful and the cultural performance was... More

Went for the cultural show which consists of 7 different dances.....most were highly entertaining. The martial arts especially was brilliant! Started off with the make-up session which was also great to watch. The ambiance of the place is also great...lovely corridor with gorgeous paintings all over the walls. There is a museum there but i didn't get to check it... More
