this is a biggest park with lots and lots of trees and plants. care has been taken in maintaining the park. it is better to take ticket for touring inside the park, since you will not be able to walk to see all the areas inside. so sit and enjoy the ride.

The best thing about Lalbagh is the morning walks around the lake. I prefer going in the morning, as the crowds get too mushy in the evenings!

It is wonderful place. Great time to walk in shades of trees with evening walk (beloved one) and to spend wonderful time with friends and family. I love greenery of nature and this is good time to have fun/chit chat with friends. Can be out of the pollution and mingle with nature greenery.

Huge park. .. some part of the park is good with greenary.. if u are visiting first time go straight frm kememagowda tower. .. so that u can cover good areas of park. If u go to the other side as the park is huge it takes time and u may miss other scenic areas..

The Lalbagh agrdens are situated slap bang in the middle of this teeming, bustling city and is it's main attraction. You can, without leaving the city, walk around for hours in a green environment. There are paths winding throughout the garden so one can take a different route each day and view some genuinely lovely fauna. The paths, unfortunately are... More

The Lalbagh Botanical Gardens a place where one can spend endless amounts of time. Right in the heart of Bangalore, the gardens sits amidst a bunch of very popular eateries (MTR etc), cinema halls (though some have now disappeared!) and old quaint markets. The garden itself is huge. There are a myriad of festivals conducted in the garden throughout the... More

This is in my opinion the best park in Bangalore. It's large, beautiful, and very little trash is lying there compared to Indian standards.

Been there couple of times during the Flower show which generally happens every year around 15th Aug and 26th Jan. They have great varieties of flowers and the organization is too good. Its just bit crowded during weekends and the organizer need to make it comfortable for the visitors. A definately must see.
