I was in Bangalore for only a week on business and came in the weekend before to see a little bit of Bangalore. Pankaj's bicycle tour of Victorian Bangalore was perfect for seeing downtown and the wonderful big parks, learning bits of history, and getting much needed exercise after the 20+ hour flights from the US. A word of caution... More

Was attracted by the other positive reviews here, and it lived up to its press. The tour was very well organized and run by Pankaj. The equipment was good and the route was very enjoyable. There were a few hills and some traffic, but the quality of the road was great for biking, and it was fascinating to get a... More

I highly recommend this tour. What a great way to get out of the city and see the country side. Breakfast was great, lunch was really nice and enjoyed the folk museum and toy factory but the star of the day was the ride. Some hills to get the heartrate up, and amazing scenery made it a very special day.... More

When 15 of us returned to our urban lives from the Nrityagram trip, we were already making plans to back. It was a birthday trip my seven-year-old son will never forget, because his thrilled-to-bits friends will never let him! Under Pankaj’s professional (and that’s saying a lot!) eye, we had a thrilling bicycling trip through rolling green fields, absorbed a... More

Yes, you have to get up early and yes it's Saturday, so temptations are big to stay in bed. But give yourself a kick and get out! You won't regret it! The early departure is necessary to get out of Bangalore quickly (traffic). This trip is excellent for all who spent some days/weeks in Bangalore and want a change +... More

I found out about this bike tour through a friend. I signed up for the "Passage to India" bike tour where we took a bus to a country club along Mysore Road, and then biked to Big Banyan Tree, Machinbele dam, Ramagaram, and ended in Channapatna. There was a total of 10 people on the tour. It was an amazing... More

The ride was about 25 miles of rollers on quiet country roads, van supported. Very scenic. We rode on pavement, but there looked to be endless single track (foot paths) opportunities. Bicycles were well maintained Trek hard tails. Guide was excellent as well as breakfast and lunch, did a tour of a toy factory that was a nice ending to... More

Highly recommend you take advantage of this tour group and get out of the city. I took the Passage to India which was a very easy pedal (really anyone can do this). All of the stops were interesting; especially enjoyed the wooden toy factory. More

A great way to see Bangalore - especially the quiet parks. The guide is very knowledgeable about Bangalore history and he takes you at a reasonably gentle pace around the city. The traffic can get a bit hairy but if you stay close to the guide and put out your hand to indicate where you're going, the majority of the... More
