The ravi varma paintings are a delight to the eyes and so is the crystal throne and ivory bed. the paintings sadly are not displayed in a way to bring out its best. Great collection of Raja Ravi Varma Paintings. Also some collections of other Indian and European painters and sculptors. The illumination is not proper and hampers enjoyment of the great paintings of Raja Ravi Varma
When we buy entry tickets @ the Lakshmi vilas palace it will have 2 bits one for the palace and another for Fateh Singh museum. But In Museum the guy who is managing a store also sells tickets and refuses to acknowledge the one bought in palace. So clarify abt this in Palace it self.
